It adopts a unique structural design, with the heat exchange core made of welded plates inside and a bolt-connected shell frame outside. This design not only gives the equipment high heat transfer efficiency, but also a small footprint, easy installation and layout. The four blind plates can be disassembled for easy cleaning, greatly shortening the maintenance and repair time of the equipment and improving work efficiency.
During operation, our Welded Plate Heat Exchanger HT-BLOC has strict operating specifications to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. For example, the operating flow rate should not be less than 10% of the design flow rate to prevent premature scaling and blockage. At the same time, to ensure the life of the heat exchanger, it should be started slowly and steadily, with a heating rate not exceeding 50℃ per hour and a pressure accumulation rate not exceeding 0.1MPa per minute.
