Introduction

Printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) is ultra compact and highly efficient welded plate heat exchanger. Metal sheet plate, being chemically etched to form flow channels, is the main heat transfer element. The plates are stacked one by one and welded by diffusion welding technology to form plate pack. The heat exchanger is assembled with plate pack, shell, header and nozzles.

Plate with different corrugation profile can be custom-designed per specific process, satisfying various process requirement.

Application

PCHEs are widely applied in NPP, marine, oil & gas, aerospace, new energy industries, especially in process where high heat transfer efficiency is requested under limited space.
